Mr. Alexander Owusu has worked with St. John of God Hospital, Duayaw Nkwanta for almost five years now with hardwork, high level of commitment, and reckoning experience. He is a first degree holder in Business Administration (Human Resource) from the Business School of University of Education, Winneba. He also receives professional training through organized workshops to align with the new trend of human resource management. Mr. Owusu is a competent and self-organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team and manage several priorities at any one time. He has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a keen desire to learn, and grow within a firm. He also listens to people and offer them the needed help within his rightful capabilities as well as inspiring others. He possesses superb communications skills, and always treat people with respect and according to their individual needs. He fully understands the importance of human resource to any organization, and therefore aims to make any office he works in as effective and efficient as possible. He has hands-on experience of working in human resource based organizations through industrial attachments and fully understand the pressures of meeting tight deadlines.
